The second round of the competition saw Rhodes and OC finding themselves in 2nd and 3rd position on the overall log standings respectively. Swallows suffered their second defeat in a row and are on the backfoot earlier on in the competition. The school had boys’ hockey fixtures against Pearson on Friday afternoon at Kingswood and girls’ hockey against Alex Road in Gqeberha. They took part in a 16-team tournament that included teams from all over the province, which was organised by the African National Congress (ANC).
