Makana Aerobics and Fitness Club (MAFC) held its second annual aerobics marathon recently. The program was well attended by aerobics clubs from districts including Alfred Nzo, Joe Gqabi, Buffalo City Metro, Chris Hani, O.R Tambo district and Amatole District.
