Many of us suffer from low self-esteem, we lack confidence, and self-love so this article may be helpful to you if you struggle from any of the above.
We all have issues with self-esteem from time to time, but it can cause mental health problems, conflict in our relationships, and impact our daily lives if we have chronic low self-esteem.
When our self-esteem is low we are usually surrounded with negative thoughts and opinions about ourselves. We tend to be highly critical and mistreat ourselves.
Low self-esteem and lack in confidence can occur due to parents, siblings, friends, and the media sending us negative messages about ourselves and this can make us feel like we are not good enough.
