Janneman van der Merwe and his daughter Tegan (16) from DSG, picture below, were placed second in the mixed category.
The route took riders through the old Ciskei farms and offered some of the most pristine single tracks, breath-taking views, river crossings and some of the best jeep tracks in the Eastern Cape.
Both stages started and finished at the Mpekweni Beach Resort.
