Alzheimer's SA Eastern Cape will observe World Alzheimer's Month with an awareness day for the Grahamstown community.
Experts will be on hand to present crucial aspects of the disease and answer questions.

Alzheimer's SA Eastern Cape will observe World Alzheimer's Month with an awareness day for the Grahamstown community.
Experts will be on hand to present crucial aspects of the disease and answer questions.

It will take place on Tuesday 13 September at the Baptist Church Hall in Bathurst Street from 8.30am to 2.30pm. Refreshments and a light lunch will be served.

As part of the awareness day, topics such as Caring for the alzheimer's patient and Mental illness in our ageing loved ones will be covered.

There will also be a question and answer session where people can find answers to the problems they are experiencing in caring for someone.

At the end of the event, the Grahamstown satellite clinic will be launched.

A donation of R50 to Alzheimer's Eastern Cape will be appreciated.
