    No Reddits but St Patrick’s

The last Friday of this month is 25 March, and Good Friday, when many people will be marking Easter with their families and/or out of town.

For that reason, there'll be no Reddits Poetry – it will be back, as usual, in April.

However, local poet and Reddit's organiser, Harry Owen, will be giving a St Patrick's Day reading of his own poetry on Thursday 17 March, and encourages you to come along. It is also at Cafe D'Vine, 31 New Street – 6 for 6.30pm.

Entry is free but there will be the option to make a contribution to Grahamstown SPCA.

Harry says, "Feel free to celebrate Irishness by wearing green, covering your hair in shamrock (or Guinness!) or dressing like a leprachaun.

"I do hope you can make it – largely because I don't want to be there on my own!"
