Grahamstown motor dealership VW Market Square has been awarded the Prestigious VW Customer Centricity award for the best customer satisfaction in the category C dealership category for 2014.

Grahamstown motor dealership VW Market Square has been awarded the Prestigious VW Customer Centricity award for the best customer satisfaction in the category C dealership category for 2014.

The award was for both the sales and service departments.

Philip Hawkins, Dealer Principal at Market Square Grahamstown said the award was based on the total score achieved through every aspect of customer interaction.

“It is the dedicated work of everyone in our dealership who deals with our customers, from the reception to the workshop and the sales department,” he said at a staff function to celebrate their achievement.

“Every customer is included in the research, so it is not a chance award: every customer interaction is measured to give a total measurement of each VW dealership's total customer service level,” he said.

The award was presented to him at the annual prestigious VW Grand Prix awards held at Kyalami's Theatre On The Track.

“As part of the Kelston Motor Group we are proud that the group walked away with several awards and we are most proud of the achievements of our staff,” Hawkins said.
