Grahamstown music producer, Caydon van Eck (b00n) works in collaboration with Rhodes University Television students to create an experimental music video for his song, "Quit You."
Using meter, tone and rhythm, the producers achieve an otherworldly relationship between sound and image, rendering a tapestry of sensory input.
At the same time, the song's message of obsession and compulsion is compounded against a backdrop of water imagery, the inevitability thereof acting as a constant reminder to the viewer of the breaks between meaning, obsession and absurdity
