STRANDED… Extension 6 resident Sureman Ngomba negotiates his way into his home on Wednesday 8 August, after a storm flooded the road outside his house. Residents in the area couldn't get out of their yards because the road was so severely flooded. Smaller cars had to find alternative routes, while bigger vehicles splashed water all over houses and passersby. Photo: Anele Mjekula.
