I can't say Our if I only live for myself.
I can't say Father if I am not His born-again child.
I can't say which art in Heaven if I am worldly inclined.
I can't say Hallowed be Thy Name if I take his name in vain.
I can't say Let Your Kingdom come if I am against Evangelism.
I can't say Let thy will be done if I want my own will be done.
I can't say Give us our daily bread If I live extravagantly.
I can't say Forgive us our sins if I am not willing to forgive those that sin against me.
I can't say Thine is the Kingdom if I don't serve Him as my King.
I can't say And thine is the power if I walk around with fear in my heart.
I can't say Thine is the glory if the self is still on the throne of my heart.
I can't say Forever if I don't believe in His second coming.
I can't say Amen if I can't believe as a child.

May we realise how prayer can be a power in our lives.
Someone said, Telephone to glory – O what joy divine! We may talk to Jesus through His
Royal Telephone. Remember, prayers don't need to be long and boring – you can actually communicate with Him by SMS, fax, Twitter and Facebook. Jesus is waiting for you at any time and He lives to intercede for you.
