The St Andrew’s College Junior Colts (U14A) side took part in the second Trinity House Cricket Festival in Johannesburg from 23-25 September 2011. The team travelled up by air on 22 September and were billeted out with Trinity House families.

Their first match was against Waterkloof High School and the format was 50 overs. St Andrew's were put into bat, and after a bumpy start with 14 for 2, the innings was steadied with some useful partnerships. St Andrew's were bowled out for 159, with many of the players getting themselves out. Waterkloof passed the score with 7 wickets in hand.

Their second match saw the boys face Menlo Park High School, also in the 50 overs format. Having won the toss St Andrew's chose to bat on what looked like a good cricket wicket. The side were in trouble at 114 for 7, before reaching a total of 159 all out. The St Andrew's bowlers were unable to bowl Menlo out, who went on to win by two wickets.

St Andrew's met Trinity House School in the third 50 overs match. Our local boys won the toss and batted first on a good batting strip. A great start by the openers saw St Andrew's pass the 110 mark before losing their first wicket. St Andrew's finished on 295 for 5 as the bowlers set about doing their bit. After a good opening stand by Trinity the wickets fell at regular intervals and St Andrew's bowled them out for 225, winning by 70 runs.
