     While municipal workers trash Grahamstown's streets a group of artists congregated and collected numerous pieces of garbage – to hang at the corner of High and Somerset streets, outside the High Corner B&B.

     While municipal workers trash Grahamstown's streets a group of artists congregated and collected numerous pieces of garbage – to hang at the corner of High and Somerset streets, outside the High Corner B&B.

    A poster on the nearby tree reads: “Art Official Insemination. Special thanks to: The municipality for refusing to pay more. The labourers for refusing to get paid less.
