The Rhodes University Hockey Club has six members representing the men's and women's senior Eastern Province sides.

Megan Findlay, Taryn Murray, Pamela Bowren and Leah Sloman have all been selected as part of the EP senior women's hockey side.

The Rhodes women's first team coach, Neale Howarth, is also the EP assistant coach. According to Howarth, this is the first time in several years Rhodes has had so many EP representatives in the women's team.

The EP women's team is coached by Rhodes University hockey club member, Johannes Kloess, who is also part of the EP senior men's hockey side, together with clubmate Brendon Smith. Kloess is also the Rhodes first men's hockey coach.

The EP men's side is currently in Johannesburg for the national tournament, while the women's side was scheduled to leave yesterday for their tournament in Bloemfontein.
