Saturday 3 November saw the Rhodes Phoenix side take on the Pick n Pay Albany Rugby team for a local derby day. The Albany side dominated proceedings, scoring seven tries through Donovan Collyn, Andre Crous (3), Deon Crous, Charl Crous, and Arnouw Nel, with Alex Banfield converting five of them.
