Ntsika Secondary School recently entertained close to 100 pupils who have lost one or both parents, to a memorable Christmas party. The party is an annual highlight for many pupils as they receive a gift bag of toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, sanitary towels and deodorant).
This year Foricco’s added much appreciated chips and sweets. John Haydock and Country Fresh donated huge cakes, and staff worked hard to cook a memorable meal for the youngsters.
This event would not have been possible without the help of Grahamstown businesses like Nettleton’s Attorneys, ABM, Androniki’s, Brown’s Restaurant, The Grahamstown Vet Clinic, Wallaces Pharmacy, Mustard Seed, Foricco, Dr Eichoff, Vijay of Albany Computers, Kekkel & Kraai, Pick & Pay, Funky Store, Kulati’s and Rotary Sunset.
