    A number of Grahamstown runners took part in the Buco Kowie Striders 27km which took place from Bathurst and finished at the Port Alfred Country Club. Finishing among the top in their various categories were Terri-Lynn Penney, left, who won the 40-49 category and finished third women overall; Richard Foss who was first in the 60-69 category; and Mario Hockly finished third in the 50-59 category. Penney of a member of Run/Walk for Life Athletics Club, while Foss and Hockly are members of Albany Saints and Sinners. Photo: Supplied
