Grahamstown parkrun, event number 158, 7 October. This week 136 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 13 were first timers and 15 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 5 different clubs took part. The event was made possible by 10 volunteers: Alistair Barker • Kim J.
