Brumbies finished fourth in their section behind Despatch, Progress and Gardens.
Brumbies will play four matches in July, three of them home games. Up first, Brumbies host Parks from Port Elizabeth on 2 July.
The following week (9 July) Brumbies host PE Harlequins before travelling to Port Elizabeth to face NMMU (17 July). In their last group match, they host PE Police (24 July).
The knock-out stages of the second round then take place from 6 August.
