Hospice is hosting its annual "Knit-In" tonight (Tuesday 17 May) and it needs knitters to take part.

It doesn't matter if you're not an expert knitter – just come along and do your best few rows.

Every stitch helps when it comes to creating warm blankets for those who need them most this winter.

Place: Hospice House,15 Milner Street.
Time: 6.30 – 9pm

If you can’t make the event, start knitting strips from home and bring them to Hospice. The strips will be sewn together to create these vital blankets.

If you really don't knit at all, you can support by making a donation.
