Age groups consist of U13A and B, U14A and B, U15A, U16A, U17A and U19A (all include boys and girls sides). The training event takes place in Grahamstown due to it being central point between Port Elizabeth and East London.

Matches will be played at Kingswood, DSG Aquatics Centre and the St Andrew’s swimming pool.
