Provincial chairperson Celeste Barker said they would "picket in silent dignity for 'Justice for Jayde' from 9am today.
"We stand firm on the founding values of our Constitution. All accused are innocent till proven guilty and all victims of gender based violence have equal opportunities to fairness and equality before the law," Barker said in a media release.
"We will picket and raise our voices untill all South African women enjoy the rights of freedom of movement, expression, association and the opportunity to craft their own futures regardless of the circumstances of their birth.
"East Cape DAWN seeks justice for every single woman who has been the victim of gender based violence."
Christopher Panayiotou, 28, is accused of his wife, Jayde's murder.
It is alleged that Panayiotou hired an employee at Infinity club in Algoa Park to find someone to kidnap and murder her on 21 April 2015.
