Sinesipho Dlongodlongo was the pick of the Dale bowlers, taking three wickets for 19 runs. St Andrew’s bowled Dale out for 93 as Tom Lane took two wickets for 21 runs. St Andrew’s won by 18 runs.

On their way to the finals, St Andrew’s beat Kingswood College and Volkskool in the first week of the competition. During the second week, St Andrew’s beat Woodridge College and then Pearson. At the Eastern Cape final, St Andrew’s beat Dalubuhle on Friday 13 February.
