    Local heads to international youth conference

    Emma Heistein, Project Co-ordinator for The President’s Award for Youth Empowerment Programme’s Eastern Cape Office, recently set off to South Korea for a two week international youth conference on Tuesday.

    Emma Heistein, Project Co-ordinator for The President’s Award for Youth Empowerment Programme’s Eastern Cape Office, recently set off to South Korea for a two week international youth conference on Tuesday.

    Emma, who achieved her Gold Award in 2006, and Emily Mabasa who achieved hers in 2012, will be joining some 90 other Gold Award Holders from 40 different countries around the world.

    The IGE 2014's theme is Leadership for a Transformed Award.

    The IGE is a global leadership programme for the future generation of decision makers and influencers who will help to shape and deliver the Award worldwide.
