    Makana Local Football Association Top 8 Knockout Competitions.

    SOCCER

    Makana Local Football Association Top 8 Knockout Competitions.

    All matches take place at the Rhodes University Prospect Field:
    irst division semi-finals – 12pm – Rhodes vs Future Stars and Shining Stars vs United Aces.
    Premier division semi-finals – 3pm – XI Attackers vs Young Killers and Makana Pillars vs Linge Start.

     

    SUNDAY

    TRAIL RUNNING

    The Sunshine Coast Trail Run takes place from Springmount Farm Nanaga. 
    The event starts at 9am and athletes can choose from an 8km or 21km trail run.

    WEDNESDAY 3 SEPTEMBER

    RUGBY

    Schools rugby league continues at the Oval.

    U15’s final between Mary Waters and Nathaniel Nyaluza at the Oval at 2.30pm.

    1sts teams play at 4pm.

     

    THURSDAY 2 OCTOBER

    FUN RUN

    The President’s Award for Youth Empowerment host their annual Grahamstown Youth Committee 5km Fun Run/Walk.

    The event takes place from the Albany Sports Club at 5.30pm, registration from 4.30pm.

    Entry fee is R10 per person. Spot prizes up for grabs.
