Three Grahamstown squash players took part. The event was divided into four categories: opens, young masters, masters and ladies.

The masters sections are 35-plus and 45-plus respectively. Three members of Grahamstown’s 6 SAI Battalion took part in the young masters section, which was contested by 24 players.

Rawdlen Bell came in with a hard-earned fourth place. Riaan Vermeulen came in 11th, while Carl Fuller earned 23rd.
