The race takes place on Wednesday 5 March at 5.30pm, with registration from 4.30pm.
Albany Road Runners will again host the race, with the event taking place from the Albany Sports Club.
This year's Makana Brick fun run will see athletes each earning a Makana Brick Nite Race finisher's medal.
All finishers will also receive a pineapple, which has become a race tradition.
The entry fee is R10 for scholars and R20 for adults.
A number of spot prizes will be up for grabs, as well as prize money for the top three men and women finishers.
