    KC hosts National Waterpolo Coaches Conference

    Keynote speakers at the National Waterpolo Coaches Conference hosted by Kingswood College this week included mental coach and author Tim Goodenough, former All Blacks rugby coach John Mitchell, and legendary Stanford waterpolo coach Dante Dettamanti from the US.  

    Keynote speakers at the National Waterpolo Coaches Conference hosted by Kingswood College this week included mental coach and author Tim Goodenough, former All Blacks rugby coach John Mitchell, and legendary Stanford waterpolo coach Dante Dettamanti from the US.  

    Presenters covered a wide range of areas including training and conditioning, player management, skills and special plays, elite performance, nutrition and creating a winning culture. The conference attracted coaches from schools all over the country.  Presentations were a combination of lectures and demonstrations in the pool.
