Makana Municipality traffic department is offering a 50% discount on outstanding fines issued in the Grahamstown area until the end of November.
Any traffic fines that were received in this area up until 31 August 2013 will be half-price – and you have until 30 November to take advantage of the opportunity.
Coenraad Hanekom, Assistant Director of Traffic and Licensing, said motorists can get the discount if they pay fines and warrants as soon as possible. The department is trying to catch up on the backlog of outstanding fines.
