Police arrested a 23-year-old man living in Vukani township who took the cops straight to his dagga stash when they came around asking questions on Friday morning.

Grahamstown police spokesperson captain Mali Govender said members of the K9 Unit and Crime Intelligence arrested the man following up on information which led them to his house.

When police arrived at the house and asked if the man had any illegal substances, he didn't deny that he did and took them to the drawer where he kept his stash, Govender said.

Police confiscated 95g of dagga valued at R95. The man was due to appeared in court yesterday on a charge of drug possession.
