Speculation is rife at City Hall that Dr Pravine Naidoo is set to be re-appointed as Makana's municipal manager, a position that has been vacant since last September.
Although Naidoo's appointment has not been formally approved by Council, sources within the municipality have confirmed rumours that he was the preferred candidate at the interviews in December.
