Four people died and two were injured when a BMW and a minibus taxi collided and burst into flames on the N2, 15 kilometres from Grahamstown on Friday afternoon. He said the BMW was coming from direction of Peddie, while the minibus taxi was coming from the direction of Grahamstown. “Three male occupants of the BMW from Durban were trapped inside the vehicle and burned to death when it exploded. The driver of the minibus taxi also died after he was trapped inside,” said Phillip. He said two passengers in the minibus taxi, a woman and a three-year-old child, were taken to Livingstone Hospital after sustaining injuries and are in a critical but stable condition.
