For the first time in St Andrew's College history, interhouse sports day was held on a Sunday. This important day has always been noted for cold, wet and windy weather conditions but 2011 was exactly the opposite, taking place in sweltering heat. Despite this, there were some exciting and closely contested races, resulting in several highlights.

– Stephen Cragg set a new record in the U15 discus with a distance of 40.76 metres. He broke a record set in 1977.
