There were a number of closely fought matches during the Bathurst and District Lawn Tennis Association's tennis championships last weekend, and the action continues this weekend.

The end of the association's league matches heralded the start of the club championships.

The women's and men's singles and doubles championships took place last weekend, with the mixed doubles taking place tomorrow.

The A and C leagues will play their championship matches at the Grahamstown Tennis Club, while the B league will play at the Kingswood College tennis courts.
