The murder case of the late ANC Youth League regional secretary, Oscar Dondashe will be heard by the Grahamstown High Court.
 

Advocate JC Coetzee of the local Directorate of Public Prosecutions said that the accused, a 35-year-old Zolani Myeki is to appear before the Honourable Acting Judge Justice Ndzondo from Monday 23 to Friday 27 August.

The accused will be facing seven charges, including the murder of Dondashe during the early hours of the morning on 12 July 2009, robbery and unlawful possession of ammunition.

“I don’t want to comment on this court case issue, because till this day I struggle to look at my son’s photographs,” said the father of the deceased.
