Cardies gift store on High Street was recently bought by new owners. Kent Lisher and Siobhan Landman
who are both born and bred Grahamstonians and are no newcomers to the entrepreneurial business.

Lisher has owned Motor Cycle Centre for the last five and a half years, as well as Gung-ho Paintball for the last three and a half years.

Both his businesses are situated in Cuyler Street just around the corner from  Cardies. Landman said “We have fond memories of this shop, we want to restore it to the nice, unique shop it once was.

Get it more involved with the community.” The popular gift shop looks like it is going through some exciting new changes.

The couple intend to increase the range of gift bags, double the card range and expand the variety of gifts. “It’s a good business opportunity; everything came together and lined itself up,” said Landman with a smile.
