YET another exciting local U15 FootballLeague match took place on Saturday at JD  Dlephu Stadium. Sakhulutsha FC, who had been beaten in their two last league encounters, was hoping to regain their dignity when they took on Chelsea FC.

The game started with slowly with a strong wind hampering  both teams. Ball possession kept on switching from team to team during the whole first half of the match.

Both teams  launched several attempts at each other but none could come to a goal. In the early minutes of the second half Sakhulutsha went on an attack only to lack finishing touches in front of the Chelsea goalie.

But shortly after that, an attempt at goal by Chelsea almost was brilliantly saved by the Sakhulutsha goalie. Five minutes later, Chelsea’s Athenkosi Landu managed to net one in for his side making it 1-0 to the blue and white outfit.

Seventy-five minutes into the game Sakhulutsha went on another attack but the shot went just above the goal posts. Chelsea replied with their own attack but the Sakhulutsha keeper came to the rescue.

In the last minutes Siphamandla Libi scored a spectacular goal from a freekick. The game was sealed with the score Sakhulutsha 1-1 Chelsea.
