Professional quiz show host Neil Pienaar will host his acclaimed team music trivia evening on Friday at Kingswood College. The quiz consists of a series of music-related and general knowledge questions put to a number of teams of four to six people.
Professional quiz show host Neil Pienaar will host his acclaimed team music trivia evening on Friday at Kingswood College. The quiz consists of a series of music-related and general knowledge questions put to a number of teams of four to six people.
The audible music clips relate to the decades of the 60s right up to the current day as well as songs from well-known musicals from the aforementioned eras.
In the general knowledge section questions are announced by the host. Each category comprises twenty questions, covering easy to moderate aspects of music, history, geography, science, nature, sport and literature.
The Who Is This? feature a category which asks for the name of the artist or band appearing on the big screen – has proved to be immensely popular, and is often repeated during a show.
The cost is R50 per participant and is a Commem Church fundraiser. Each participant will receive a complementary light curry and rice meal.
Tea, coffee, cool drinks and curry and rice will be on sale. Spectators, friends of participants and team supporters are welcome to join in the fun of the evening and attend. Tickets cost R50 and include curry and rice.
