    St Andrew’s and DSG sports day

    St Andrew’s College held its annual sports day last week. Scheduled to take place during Balloon Week, the event was abandoned halfway through proceedings due to bad weather conditions.

    It was resceduled to continue on the first Thursday after half term.
    Awards and trophies:Saner Cup Inter-House Cup (Most points on Sports Day): Espin House

    Bevil Rudd Cup (Most points on Relays Day): Upper
    Saner Floating Trophy (Winner U19 400m): Justus Luttig
    Mickey Bryant Cup (Winner U19 800m): Thomas Niven
    Esterhuizen Cup (Best Jump/ Hurdle Performance of the day): Angelo Awaseb
    Nicholson Cup (For Endeavour, Senior): Murray Charter
    Kruiskamp Cup (For Endeavour, Junior): Mbulelo Mama
    Brukman Cup (Most Points U14 and U15 Age Groups): Espin
    DSG Cuff Links: (Winner of 110m hurdles): Nicholas Mills
    Justus Luttig ran a colours time in the 200m and 400m.
