    According to Thandy Matebese, media and communications officer at Makana Municipality, the inclusive cost for these pavements is just over R15-million.

    They are part of the neighbourhood development partnership grant of R93-million.

    The pavements are scheduled to be complete by July 2010. The construction of paving at Makanaskop (pic 1416) is a project of the Road and Transport Department.
