This time of year sees the Commemoration Methodist Church fundraisers planning for their annual theme dinner.
In recent years they’ve tickled taste buds with Moroccan, Indian, Chinese, and last year with traditional African cuisine.

This year they have turned their focus to Greece and are going Greek. Prominent members of the local Greek community will be helping with cooking and preparation for what promises to be a wonderful evening.

The dinner is open to anyone interested, so dust off you togas and join in on a fun filled evening of Greek tradition and food. Full or partial traditional dress is encouraged but not required.

The cost of the dinner is R70 per head and there will be a cash bar. This year’s venue is the Grahamstown Bowling Club on Saturday, 31 October at 7pm.

As in the past the number of tickets are limited, so please book early to avoid being disappointed.
Tickets can be booked through the following people;
Caryl on 082 658 3932, Brian on 083 391 1179 or Neil on 073 150 7897.
