Victoria Primary School held its annual interhouse athletics day last Thursday at the Rhodes University Prospect Field.
There were 16 records broken throughout the day’s events. Some of the outstanding achievers of the day were: Ricayla Denston who broke the U12 400m and 800m records and Jasmin Jattiem who broke the U13 200m, 400m and 800m records and was awarded the senior Victrix Ludorum. The junior Victrix Ludorum went to Mary Royi who broke the U11 high jump, cricket ball throw, 200m and 800m records.
