The Springbok rugby side’s physiotherapist, Rene Naylor will give a talk on her personal experiences with the Springbok and Stormers rugby sides.

The talk will be held at the Rhodes University Old Mutual Pavillion on Thursday, 17 September and is open to anyone. Entry to the talk is free.

Naylor made her way through the ranks after being a physio for clubs in Mitchell’s Plain, Cape Town for two years. She also spent time as a physio with the Western Province U21 side before moving on to the Stormers and then the Springboks.

Naylor will also give a talk to the Rhodes University Human Kinetics students on Friday morning, before being a guest of the Rhodes sports personality gala evening on Friday.
