Worcester Street is closed to traffic at the Cradock Road intersection and is expected to re-open within the next two months said Rudolecky. "We will open that street once half the circle is completed," he added.

He explained that the construction involves digging up to half a metre deep for the three layers of material that are needed. The construction of the permanent link from Bedford Street to Cradock Road is expected to be completed in the next two weeks," he added. "The whole project will be only be done by 18 December."
