Set in Chapman’s convenience store, situated on a remote island just off the mainland in Port-Elizabeth, it tells the story of a shop owner struggling to get customers after a bad thunder storm whilst trying to motivate staff and dodge the tax man. This story is a modern take on the well-known classic – with a recycling twist. It includes a beautiful backdrop that really sets the scene. Ubom! has brought this story alive with their great acting and innovative (recycled) props. Aimed at the 6-10 year age group but fun to watch with the whole family and friends. ZL

It sticks to the strictures of a thriller: metaphors, mystery, chilling moments, creepy characters. A great story, but the viewer´s mind has to fill in a lot of blanks, which is awesome! PP

A wonderful production on how to save the world. This seven person cast tell a serious story with touches of humour. Excellent costumes and plenty of audience interaction. This is a great production to attend with your children and learn more about our earth and the difficulties we face. ZL
