Dagga worth just over R100 000 was found in a bus on the N2 by the Grahamstown Highway patrol police members around 5pm on Thursday 30 June.
Grahamstown police spokesperson Captain Mali Govender said the police were conducting a vehicle check point on the N2 opposite the Settlers Monument.
"On searching the bus they found two large brown suitcases containing dagga with a street value of nearly R110 000."
A 37-year-old man was arrested.
"He faces a charge of dealing in dagga. He is due to appear in the Grahamstown Magistrate's court shortly," said Govender.
