    Kingswood College Open sprinters Appiah Ndzengu, Kungawo Badli , James MacKenzie and Munangi Kamwendo were honoured to meet and receive some tips from Olympic silver medalist Shaun Maswanganyi (centre) after winning the 4 x 100m sprint at the SAC Triangular in a time of 45,20 seconds.
