    Makhanda women celebrate Women’s Month in style with aerobics

    Joza Aerobics and Fitness Club is hard at work preparing for their upcoming event Women’s fitness celebration event as part of the Women’s Month celebrations and are inviting members of the community to join them.

    This event will take place on Wednesday the 7 August at the Joza Indoor Sports Centre starting at 5pm until 7pm with a R20 entry fee.

    According to Joza Aerobics and Fitness Club’s executive member, Anam Klei, the event is aimed at encouraging women to exercise. “We want our mothers, sisters and daughters in the community to start taking their health seriously by exercising. This event is open to all women who wish to come and join us on the day and we are expecting a good response from our community.”

    This is one of Joza Aerobics and Fitness Club’s initiatives to keep the community fit and healthy.
