Grahamstown parkrun, event number 158, 7 October. This week 136 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 13 were first timers and 15 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 5 different clubs took part. The event was made possible by 10 volunteers: Alistair Barker • Kim J. Male placings:

Romario Bico was first over the line in 21:43 – 6th time in 29 appearances.

Kendal Rose was first (4th overall) over the line in 23:13 – 15th time in 17 appearances.

Sam Van Heerden was second (15th overall) over the line in 27:47.
