The entry closing date for South Africans wishing to participate in the iconic 2018 Cape Town Cycle Tour has been extended until Tuesday, 3 October at 4pm.

David Bellairs, a Director of the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust, said, “We had a technical issue with our direct email system. Because of this, and to give people more time after payday to finalise their entries, we have decided to extend the closing date for next year’s Cape Town Cycle Tour.”

Prospective cyclists should enter via the Cycle Tour’s website, www.capetowncycletour.com.

International riders still have until Friday, 23 February 2018 to enter.

On Sunday, 11 March 2018, cyclists will gather at the historic Grand Parade Precinct and line up at the new start in Castle Street, alongside the Castle of Good Hope. The route will follow the usual 109km course around the Peninsula to the finish.

Keep up to date with Cape Town Cycle Tour developments by liking the Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/cycletour or by following us on Twitter at @CTCycleTour or on Instagram @ctcycletour.

For any event queries, or assistance with entries, contact the Cycle Tour Events Office during office hours on 087 820 7223 or visit www.capetowncycletour.com
