    Leinster are given an attacking scrum inside the Kings’ 22m. They manage to crash the ball over the line, however it is held up. the final whistle sounds.

    Try for the Southern Kings after a brilliant run, scored by Jacques Nel. Ntabeni Dukisa slots the conversion from in front. Kings 10-31 Leinster

    Another try for Leinster as Dave Kearney crosses over in the corner off another set move from the lineout. Cathal Marsh misses the conversion from out wide. Kings 3-31 Leinster.

    Official crowd attendance in the Stadium is reportedly 3,011 people for the first home match of the Pro14.

    Leinster look like they have scored another try after a brilliant interception and some great counter-attacking rugby, however there was a knock-on in play. Kings 3-26 Leinster

    The Kings looked rattled as Leinster go over the line through Joey Carbery in the corner. Byrne makes no mistake with the difficult kick. Kings 3-26 Leinster

    Jack Conin busts his way over the line for Leinster’s third try. Byrne slots the conversion over. Kings 3-19 Leinster

    Leinster open up scoring in the second half with a well worked try from Rory O’Loughlin. Ross Byrne misses the conversion. Kings 3-12 Leinster

    After a nervous near miss after being charged down in their own 22m, the Kings force a knock-on from Leinster. The halftime whistle blows. Kings 3-7 Leinster.

    The Kings look like scoring after a brilliant backline move, however the final pass goes forward. The scores remain Kings 3-7 Leinster

    Leinster responds with a try from Noel Reid, who crashes over the line after some good set phases. Ross Byrne adds the extras. Kings 3-7 Leinster

    The Kings are first on the board through the boot of Masixole Banda after Leinster were penalised for offsides. Kings 3-0 Leinster

    Pro14 rugby has officially kicked off for the first time in South Africa.

    Despite travelling without a number of star Irish internationals, Leinster come into the match with a strong side. Losing their captain, Isa Nacewa, as well as Jamison Gibson-Park early in the week due to trouble with visas, Leinster will want to prove that they have the depth to challenge the Kings in South Africa. Leinster will run out as follows:

    The Kings have made only a few changes to the team that went down to Connacht last week, most notably in the forwards with Rossouw de Klerk being ruled out. Luvuyo Papuma starts in his place. Another notable absentee is that of Kurt Coleman, who is replaced by Oliver Zono in the starting flyhalf birth. The Kings will run out as follows:
